End User License Agreement of the HRating ProjectDate of last revision: 13.01.2026.This version of the End User License Agreement of the HRating project comes into force on 13.01.2026.Please carefully review this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governing the use of the online platform of the HRating project in the game Hytale (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). If you do not agree with all the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the services of this platform or access the Platform.This Agreement sets forth the terms under which you are granted a license to use the Platform.1. Platform.HRating Project Account. In order to use the Platform, you must register or have a registered User account created and used through the authorization methods supported by the Platform (“Account”).You may not transfer your rights and obligations related to the use of the Platform.License Restrictions. The HRating project reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the Platform or its parts, components and/or individual functions in the event that you violate the license restrictions set forth below or assist other persons in such violation. You agree that under no circumstances shall you — in whole or in part — perform the following actions:Transfer: attempting to sell any copies of the Platform or its components, or your rights to the Platform, grant licenses or sublicenses thereto, provide them for temporary use or lease, lend them, pledge them, or otherwise transfer them to third parties, unless expressly permitted by this Agreement;Data Extraction: using any unauthorized procedure or software that intercepts, collects, reads, or otherwise “extracts” information provided by the Platform. The HRating project may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit the use of certain third-party user interfaces.Harmful / Disruptive Actions: conduct that causes harm to other users or interferes with the use of the services and information of the HRating project, or creates any interference with the operation of the Platform, including:Causing harm or assisting in causing harm to any computer or other device used to support the Platform.ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO CAUSE HARM TO THE PLATFORM OR ITS NORMAL OPERATION CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LAW.Disruptive actions, “sabotage”, abusive behavior or statements, behavior aimed at creating unreasonable difficulties or interference for other persons in the use of the Platform and/or any other activity that violates the rules of this Agreement.Violation of Law: using the Platform to violate applicable laws or regulations.2. Changes.The HRating project may from time to time modify or supplement this Agreement in accordance with changes in its activities or applicable law. In such case, the HRating project will notify you of such changes by sending a special notice through the official channels of the project. If you do not object to the amended Agreement within one week after the relevant notice, your continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the amended Agreement. Through such notice, the HRating project will remind you that continued use of the HRating project one week after the dispatch of such special notice means that you accept any changes. Such changes or supplements shall not affect the essential characteristics of the Platform. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the customer support service of the HRating project.3. Term.Term. This Agreement shall take effect from the moment you authorize on the HRating project website or begin using services related to the game Hytale and shall remain in force until terminated or replaced by a New Agreement, or, if such events do not occur, for the duration of your use of the Platform. In the event that the HRating Project decides to discontinue the provision of the Platform or grant a license to provide the Platform to any third party, the HRating Project undertakes to notify you thereof no later than 3 (three) months in advance through the official support channels of the project.4. Privacy Policy.By using the functionality of the HRating project, you agree that we may use information about your account and Hytale game servers within the scope of our service.In order to ensure the proper operation of our service, we monitor technical data; however, we do not store the content of user gameplay data.All data remains the property of the account owner and the developers of the game Hytale and may be removed from our servers at any time. The website is used as a platform for monitoring and advertising Hytale game servers.Disclaimer of WarrantiesYou agree that you use the HRating project at your own risk. We provide no warranties, but strive to deliver the highest level of reliability and service.Changes to the Privacy PolicyThe project administration reserves the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically and especially before providing any information. The Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Project after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.FeedbackPlease contact the administration of the HRating project if you have any questions regarding the Privacy Policy. Terms of Use.The HRating project provides a public list of Hytale servers for all visitors and allows users to join servers or add their own server. By authorizing on the website, you agree to and accept the following terms.ContentYou understand and agree that you bear sole responsibility for the content on your server. The website and the HRating service do not endorse any content on servers and bear no responsibility for it.ServiceWe reserve the right to modify or discontinue the functions of the website without notice to the user in the event of violations of the rules of the game Hytale and the rules set forth above in this Agreement.Paid ServicesYou may use paid services of our project; however, we provide no guarantees regarding the quality of such services.The project reserves the right to change the prices for services.Limitation of LiabilityThe project owner shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, or other damages, including loss of profit or data.AuthorizationAutomatic User authorization occurs after authorization on the HRating project website.6. Refund Terms.Services shall be deemed provided by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer at the moment the Services are fully rendered by the Contractor after successful payment by the Customer.If the Customer does not submit an explanation for refusal to accept the Services of the Contractor within 1 (one) business day from the moment of acceptance of the Services of the Contractor, the Parties agree that the Services of the Contractor have been provided properly, on time, and in full.In the event of refusal of the Contractor’s Services, the Customer undertakes to send an explanation for refusal of the Contractor’s Services to the Contractor’s email address: [email protected].The Contractor shall, no later than 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt of the explanation for refusal of the Contractor’s Services from the Customer, review it and notify the Customer of the decision by email provided by the Customer.In the event that the Contractor accepts the explanation for refusal of the Contractor’s Services, the Contractor undertakes to refund the Customer in the form of available donation balances equivalent to the amount paid.No monetary refund is provided under this License Agreement if the Customer has not submitted an explanation for refusal of the Contractor’s Services within the period specified in this License Agreement.In case of violation of the official rules of the game Hytale, the administration of the HRating project has the right to refuse to provide services.List of rules and the license agreement of the game Hytale hytale.com/terms-of-service
